1. 此系统【繁体：統】只面向居住在上海的外籍人员，居住在中国其他城市的外籍人员不能使[练：shǐ]用该系统进行申报；

2. 居住在酒店的外籍人员，酒店在办理入住登(dēng)记时会进行申(拼音：shēn)报，因此无需再次进行自助申报；

3.如果通过系统操作不成功，可以前往所在（练：zài）区域的派出所进行申报。

第二步：使用个人或公司邮箱进行注册，注册后可以立即开始使{pinyin：shǐ}用：

第三步：注册开云体育成功以后，使用邮箱及密码登[dēng]录；

第四步：上传护照首页、照片、住宿信息后提(tí)交；

第五步：系统自动生成PDF版本的《境外人员临时[繁体：時]住宿登记单》：

2. For foreigners living in hotels， the hotels will make declaration when checking in， so there is no need to do on-line declaration again.
