外籍人士来上海如何申报？根据中国法律相关规定，外籍人员抵达中国后的24个小时内应进行住宿登记。为了方便外籍人员的住宿登记，上海市出入境管理局于2019年10月25日推出了网上自助申报系统，只需要在手机上就可以进行操作，不需要再亲自前往派出所进行申报

1. 此系统只面向居住在[pinyin：zài]上海【练：hǎi】的外籍人员，居住在中国其他城市的外籍人员不[拼音：bù]能使用该系统进行申报；

2. 居住在酒店的亚博体育外籍人员，酒店在办《繁：辦》理入住登记时会进行申报，因此无需再次进行自助申报；

3.如果通过系统操作不成功，可以前往所在区域的派出所（读：suǒ）进行申报。

以下为住宿登记自助申报[繁：報]的具体操作步骤，供您参考：

第二步：使用个人或公司邮箱进行注册（读：cè），注册后可以立即开始使用：

第三步：注册成功以后{练：hòu}，使用邮箱及密码登录；

第四步：上传护照首页、照片、住宿信息后(繁：後)提交；

第五步：系统自动生成PDF版本的《境外人员临时住zhù 宿登记单》：

According to the relevant Chinese law， foreigners shall register their residence within 24 hours upon arrival. In order to facilitate the residence registration for foreigners， Shanghai Immigration Bureau has launched an online self-service declaration system， which will help foreigners to process this registration on mobilephones， and do not need to go to the police station for declaration in person.

Tips

1. The system is open for foreigners who live in Shanghai. Foreigners living in other cities in China cannot use this system for declaration.

2. For foreigners living in hotels， the hotels will make declaration when checking in， so there is no need to do on-line declaration again.

3. If you fail to declare through the system， please go to the local police station to declare.
